In Collaboration with Three60, Justin Edward John Smith and Boudicca we bring you our limited edition sketchbook as an example of the interesting journey creative thinking can take you. What started with a range of discontinued paper in our Queensland warehouse ended up as a limited edition animated sketchbook.
The sketchbook or notepad idea has been done before, but not quite like this.
When exploring the themes of back to life, new meaning and making the old new again, Three60 came up with the idea to intertwine the medium of print and motion. Justin Smith, photographer, was brought in to explore the concept and suggested a short film he shot in collaboration with Boudicca some 10 years earlier.
In keeping with our re-birth theme, the film, featuring the vampish fragrance WODE was carefully framed shot by shot to deliver 1200 unique covers. Digitally printed, each numbered book has been re photographed and animated to tell the story of WODE from within the cover of your sketchbook.
We hope this sketchbook will not only document your creative thoughts but also inspire and encourage innovative thinking. To get your hands of one of these limited Sketchbooks speak to your paper rep today.
